Our approach to apprenticeships
For us at Smista Elinstallation, mentoring apprentices and interns is a long-term commitment.
We see internship as a crucial part of the education and an essential industry requirement on the path to becoming a certified electrician. All companies in the industry need to do their part and take responsibility for future electricians. As a smaller company focused on high quality, we currently have the capacity to accept one intern at a time to ensure the best possible mentorship.
During your time with us, you will work alongside experienced and certified electricians on real projects throughout Stockholm. You will gain practical experience with industry standards and regulations from day one.

What we offer
- Varied projects: Everything from service work and troubleshooting to major installations and renovations in residential and commercial properties.
- Breadth in electrical, fiber, and networking: Opportunity to learn both traditional electrical installation and modern network cabling as well as professional fiber splicing.
- Smart homes & modern technology: Experience with modern systems such as Plejd, Schneider Wiser, as well as EV charger installations and dynamic load balancing.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for students enrolled in a high school or vocational college electrical program who need an APL internship, or graduates seeking an apprenticeship position.
Engagement & curiosity
Punctual, strong work ethic, and eager to learn every day.
Safety & quality
Understanding of electrical safety and appreciation for quality workmanship.
Social & customer-oriented
Since we work closely with clients on-site, you are outgoing and service-oriented.
Fluent Swedish spoken & written
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish, which is required for safety regulations and daily communication.
