When the power goes out – or smells burnt
Small electrical faults can be signs of big problems. Flickering lights, fuses that blow often, or wall outlets that get warm are warning signals you should take seriously.
Our Troubleshooting Methodology
We don't guess. We measure. Our service electricians have advanced instruments to measure insulation faults (current leakage to ground) and load problems.
- Visual check: We look for burnt cables, loose connections, and incorrect installations.
- Measurement (Megga): We energize cables with high voltage to find hidden damage in the walls.
- Action: We repair the fault or disconnect the dangerous part until it can be replaced.
Inspection when buying a house
Are you buying a house? A standard transfer inspection does not look deep into the electricity. We perform an Electrical Inspection:
- Check of fuse box condition.
- Random check of outlets and switches.
- Test of RCD.
- Check for "DIY work" (common in older villas).
A cheap investment to avoid expensive surprises and fire risk.
